2009 Human Powered Vehicle Challenge
The West Coast, 2009 Human Powered Vehicle Challenge was hosted by
the Maseeh College of Engineering and Computer Science, May 1 - 3, 2009. The event
was a lot of fun, and the teams demonstrated great ingenuity, friendly
competition, and commitment. The ASME Organizing Committee and Judges
did a great job of running the event. Portland's weather also made
a good contribution to required rain obstacle in the utility vehicle event.
Thanks to all the teams for making the trip and
contributing to a collegial weekend.
Some photos of the event are
here.
