On Wednesday, May 19, 2010, I rushed the discussion of thermistor calibration at the end of the class. The following screencasts essentially repeat the last half hour of class, and they provide tutorials for the data reduction process. Note that you can stop, advance, and replay the screencast.

The screencasts are large MP4 format files and are available in two sizes: Large and 3/4 size. The large size will fill a small computer screen and may make it difficult to find and manipulate the controls. The 3/4 screen size will fit better on a smaller screen.
Finally, note that the Excel demonstrations are currently for the latest version of Excel for Windows. I acknowledge that the Macintosh version is different (in fact I prefer it). I'm not sure I will be able to make Mac versions of these screencasts any time soon.
