Anonymous Feedback

If you would like to give us feedback on any aspect of our operations you can use our web-based anonymous feedback form. Information submitted via this form is entered into a database which is maintained by the site webmaster. The webmaster reads the comments and then forwards the feedback to the person who is best suited to respond. If you wish, you can supply an email address for a response to your feedback. Otherwise your comments are completely anonymous.

Physical Location

The Mechanical and Materials Engineering Department is located in Room 400 of the Engineering Building on the campus of Portland State University in downtown Portland Oregon. The Engineering Building is at row H, column 10 of the campus map (PDF).
